The crowd rose to their feet as Yedikule JK's Hasan Eraslan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Genco Eygül. That made the score 2-0 after 48 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Genco Eygül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şensoy Saraç in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Sultandagi's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Eraslan came free, but Genco Eygül reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yavuzalp Karin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Genco Eygül showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Eraslan, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that Yedikule JK were the better team. Yedikule JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
