The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes Sarikaya SK got a freekick which was hit by Sacit Keramettin. The supporters of Sultandagi booed when Sarikaya SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Recep Neşet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genco Eygül showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Asalet, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sarikaya SK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Yavuzalp Karin 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 34th match minute, Sultandagi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazhar Çalkın to maneuver through the defense. In the 36thth minute of the game Hüseyin Mirza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sultandagi's Genco Eygül was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Hüseyin Mirza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genco Eygül saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sacit Keramettin fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarikaya SK's protests and gave Sacit Keramettin a yellow card for diving instead. Sacit Keramettin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Sarikaya SK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Batu Asalet hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Yavuzalp Karin made the kick off in the second half. Hüseyin Mirza struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Genco Eygül didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarikaya SK. Sarikaya SK's Hüseyin Mirza got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st of the match, Batu Asalet tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Genco Eygül got in the way and made a wonderful save. Batu Asalet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genco Eygül having to make a save. If Batu Asalet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mazhar Çalkın kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sultandagi's zone, Hüseyin Mirza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genco Eygül came out of the goal and Hüseyin Mirza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Batu Asalet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Mustafa Oğuz Tümerkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hüseyin Mirza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genco Eygül having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Sultandagi got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Oğuz Tümerkin. In the 85th minute, Batu Asalet made a precise shot to the right of Genco Eygül. Sultandagi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Batu Asalet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hüseyin Mirza came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Sarikaya SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüseyin Mirza couldn't finish the play. Olcay Has blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beşir Tekinsoy having to make a save. The Sultandagi support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
