Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emrullah Zor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alican Pekel in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, İslam Oral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remzi Satıkbuğra charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remzi Satıkbuğra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MetallicA F.C.! The referee gave GÖZTEPE ARENA a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ramiz Barın, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MetallicA F.C.'s Vecdi Çağkar. 0-2. Alican Pekel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Devran Boysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devran Boysan in the 30th minute of play forced GÖZTEPE ARENA's goalkeeper Emrullah Zor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, İslam Oral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MetallicA F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GÖZTEPE ARENA the free kick. With his leg Emrullah Zor managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when MetallicA F.C.'s Devran Boysan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th minute, Devran Boysan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st match minute, GÖZTEPE ARENA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adem Beyhan to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Devran Boysan to make the kick off. If Devran Boysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vecdi Çağkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Sureha in the 70th minute of play. Enver Engiay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdi Çağkar having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Devran Boysan in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emrullah Zor saved GÖZTEPE ARENA from getting behind. The GÖZTEPE ARENA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing GÖZTEPE ARENA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
