Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abdulkerim Sureha got the match started through his kick off. Rize's Bedirhan Canfeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulkerim Sureha in the 3rd minute of play. Abdulkerim Sureha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enver Engiay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Abdulkerim Sureha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedirhan Canfeda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enver Engiay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedirhan Canfeda having to interfere. Bedirhan Canfeda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Sureha in the 27th minute of play. If Enver Engiay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GÖZTEPE ARENA's Mehmet Emin Suerkan got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Emrullah Zor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feyzullay Bayezit in the 35th minute. Bayındır Utkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrullah Zor having to interfere. Emrullah Zor made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Feyzullay Bayezit sent off a good shot on target. Bayındır Utkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 45 in the game by Feyzullay Bayezit from a close distance when the talented Emrullah Zor managed to make a qualified save. GÖZTEPE ARENA's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The referee ignored GÖZTEPE ARENA's protests and gave Adem Beyhan a yellow card for diving instead. Adem Beyhan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes, Rize's Abdi Ahmetoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emrullah Zor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rize reached it. Enver Engiay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bedirhan Canfeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Rize's Bedirhan Canfeda got control of the ball when Enver Engiay tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Rize's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulkerim Sureha came free, but Bedirhan Canfeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rize's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ramiz Barın was slow to take the kick. During this time GÖZTEPE ARENA's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Abdulkerim Sureha got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 68 minutes into the match. Feyzullay Bayezit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pars Yafes in the 75th minute of play forced GÖZTEPE ARENA's goalkeeper Emrullah Zor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GÖZTEPE ARENA's Emrullah Zor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayındır Utkan in the 85th minute of play. Bedirhan Canfeda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Sureha in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the GÖZTEPE ARENA defense, Bayındır Utkan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emrullah Zor. The GÖZTEPE ARENA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emrullah Zor should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the GÖZTEPE ARENA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rize.
