Maden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rexxi the free kick. After 89 played minutes Maden got a freekick which was hit by Giray Zühtü. In the 95th minute, Basri Satıbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rexxi were victorious despite being under pressure from Maden for much of the match.
