Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tayfur Pekdemir started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kurtköy SK! In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Yesilyurt. Burhan Müftüoğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Haşim Eski. 0-1. Alper Oker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haşim Eski having to make a save. After 8 minutes, Talat Nebi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yesilyurt and the Kurtköy SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Talat Nebi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alper Oker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yesilyurt's Alper Oker got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Barbaros Paye had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haşim Eski. Kurtköy SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barbaros Paye was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Haşim Eski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alper Oker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haşim Eski came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Yesilyurt's Barbaros Paye. But to his dismay, Barbaros Paye quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Talat Nebi was shown his second yellow card after 28 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Yesilyurt getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Talat Nebi hit a great ball. If Alper Oker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Haşim Eski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alper Oker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haşim Eski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barbaros Paye in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Alper Oker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yesilyurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alper Oker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Raik Tamerk sped through Kurtköy SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haşim Eski. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alper Oker to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Alper Oker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alper Oker made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 55thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Haşim Eski would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Alper Oker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Haşim Eski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 62 minutes, Mehmet Efe Uluğ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yesilyurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Efe Uluğ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alper Oker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Haşim Eski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Alper Oker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yesilyurt's supporters rose to their feet, but Alper Oker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haşim Eski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alper Oker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Haşim Eski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barbaros Paye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haşim Eski having to interfere. Alper Oker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Haşim Eski made a huge save. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurtköy SK's goalkeeper Haşim Eski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Kurtköy SK's goalkeeper Haşim Eski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alper Oker. If Alper Oker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alper Oker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Yesilyurt booed when Kurtköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayfur Pekdemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alper Oker hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Yaser Boğatekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haşim Eski having to interfere. Alper Oker in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haşim Eski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 94 minutes into the match, Kurtköy SK's goalkeeper Haşim Eski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alper Oker. Alper Oker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haşim Eski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over Yesilyurt could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kurtköy SK throughout the match.
