Spectators: 7170 (Terracing: 5379, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Denizhan Kargin started the match with the kick off. Basri Satıbey hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 11th match minute, Maden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezai Sarıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes, Giray Zühtü mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maden and the Kurtköy SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Maden getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Giray Zühtü hit a great ball. Mehmet Tugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alkan Ereken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayfur Pekdemir in the 23rd minute of play. When Denizhan Kargin came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Maden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denizhan Kargin couldn't finish the play. If Denizhan Kargin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Maden's Denizhan Kargin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haşim Eski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Kurtköy SK's zone, Giray Zühtü stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haşim Eski came out of the goal and Giray Zühtü tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basri Satıbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tayfur Pekdemir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denizhan Kargin in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haşim Eski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Kurtköy SK booed when Maden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basri Satıbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maden's Basri Satıbey got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Basri Satıbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Basri Satıbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Haşim Eski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basri Satıbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haşim Eski having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Giray Zühtü notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Kurtköy SK's Haşim Eski. Haşim Eski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Denizhan Kargin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maden's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
