In the 2nd match minute, Usak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayındır Mehmet Başeğmez to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Yavuz Selim Özgunes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rexxi's Necip Fazıl Atlas. Necip Fazıl Atlas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Usak's Yılmaz Uruk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Usak from getting a goal against them. Yılmaz Uruk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlhan Ulvi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes Rexxi got a freekick which was hit by Baskın İşcan. Usak's Fazıl Eskicioğlu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rexxi. In the 29th minute, İlhan Ulvi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yılmaz Uruk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlhan Ulvi in the 35th minute of the match. Usak's Yılmaz Uruk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlhan Ulvi in the 39th minute of play. If Yavuz Selim Özgunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanju Sezai in the 44th minute of play forced Rexxi's goalkeeper Necip Fazıl Atlas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Usak got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Selim Özgunes. In the 49th minute İlhan Ulvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yılmaz Uruk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tanju Sezai was the one to do the kick off. If Tanju Sezai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Rexxi's zone, Tanju Sezai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necip Fazıl Atlas came out of the goal and Tanju Sezai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yavuz Selim Özgunes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Necip Fazıl Atlas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rexxi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tanju Sezai 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yavuz Selim Özgunes got free with Necip Fazıl Atlas in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hilmi Kaymaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rexxi's Necip Fazıl Atlas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanju Sezai in the 70th minute of play. İlhan Ulvi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Usak's Levent Yaban got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Tanju Sezai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Fazıl Atlas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Usak's Yavuz Selim Özgunes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Necip Fazıl Atlas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute Hilmi Kaymaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yılmaz Uruk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Necip Fazıl Atlas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanju Sezai, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
