Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nihat Sonay got the match started through his kick off. Burç Bircanoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emirhan Ekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Burç Bircanoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Kesan SK booed when Karakocan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğa Gök didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Nihat Sonay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gani Paker. Kesan SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nihat Sonay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Emirhan Ekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beyhan Yener in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute Beyhan Yener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirhan Ekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Burç Bircanoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emirhan Ekin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beyhan Yener in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emirhan Ekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Burç Bircanoğlu took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emirhan Ekin. Emirhan Ekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Gani Paker didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Şakir Sayyad hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karakocan! Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Burç Bircanoğlu to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şakir Sayyad got free with Emirhan Ekin in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 59 minutes of play, Karakocan's Nihat Sonay made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gani Paker was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doğa Gök during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Karakocan getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Doğa Gök hit a great ball. Karakocan's Emirhan Ekin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Karakocan from getting a goal against them. If Doğa Gök had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kesan SK's zone, Nihat Sonay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gani Paker came out of the goal and Nihat Sonay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karakocan made a substitution. Seyhan Baysal replaced Doğan Okdemir. A collision led to Kesan SK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Vahap Kaplan hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Burç Bircanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emirhan Ekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gökcan Tunçkurt got a throw-in 86 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Yavuz Selimhan Eroğul. After a rather tough play, Kesan SK's Şakir Sayyad got a free kick in the 88th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Emirhan Ekin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Karakocan were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
