Mustafa Barış Vural made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Pekin Develi sent off a good shot on target. Pekin Develi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Barış Vural having to interfere. Recep Kuddus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Mustafa Barış Vural made a huge save. After 31 minutes of play, RİZESPOR's Tolga Çavas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harun Özdağ was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute Mirkelam Tokcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harun Özdağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturhan Cihangir in the 46th minute of play forced BURG FKW's goalkeeper Harun Özdağ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The BURG FKW players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RİZESPOR were winning 0-2.

58 minutes into the game, BURG FKW's Pekin Develi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Barış Vural made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Pekin Develi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Poyraz Melik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Barış Vural read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Mustafa Barış Vural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pekin Develi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Poyraz Melik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Barış Vural having to interfere. If Poyraz Melik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
