The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Tutay sk got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ali Karadeniz. In the 6th minute, Nurtekin Serdengeçti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nurtekin Serdengeçti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute, Cesur Özbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesur Özbay in the 14th minute of play forced Isparta JK's goalkeeper İstemihan Rıdvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tayfun Yaruk in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İnanç Gagauz saved Tutay sk from getting behind. Nurtekin Serdengeçti scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İnanç Gagauz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tayfun Yaruk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. İnanç Gagauz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, one of Tutay sk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Isparta JK. Ahmet Yahya Okan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving İnanç Gagauz. 0-2. Nurtekin Serdengeçti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İnanç Gagauz having to make a save. When Isparta JK's Nurtekin Serdengeçti in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tutay sk's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesur Özbay to make the kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Isparta JK's goalkeeper İstemihan Rıdvan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tayfun Yaruk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, İnanç Gagauz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. İnanç Gagauz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nurtekin Serdengeçti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Ali Kürşat Ulukaan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İnanç Gagauz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. İnanç Gagauz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nurtekin Serdengeçti in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th minute Nurtekin Serdengeçti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İnanç Gagauz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tutay sk's Azim Taçyıldız got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Nurtekin Serdengeçti came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Isparta JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nurtekin Serdengeçti couldn't finish the play. Nurtekin Serdengeçti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nurtekin Serdengeçti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. İnanç Gagauz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Tutay sk's goalkeeper İnanç Gagauz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tayfun Yaruk. Tayfun Yaruk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. İnanç Gagauz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Azim Taçyıldız fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tutay sk's protests and gave Azim Taçyıldız a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Tutay sk got a freekick which was hit by Azim Taçyıldız. Nurtekin Serdengeçti charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nurtekin Serdengeçti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurtekin Serdengeçti in the 98th minute of play forced Tutay sk's goalkeeper İnanç Gagauz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isparta JK played a much better game than Tutay sk and deserved their victory. The Tutay sk players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
