If Rüknettin Yalkın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salih BOZOK SK's Bora Han Periz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fenerbahçe. After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe defense, Rüknettin Yalkın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Emin Rüşti. The Fenerbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Emin Rüşti should have stopped the shot. Mehmet Emin Rüşti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rüknettin Yalkın in the 22nd minute of the match. Latif Yaver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Muhittin Rafiz. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bora Han Periz was the one to do the kick off. Vahap Rafiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cevahir Önateş in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Cevahir Önateş notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Salih BOZOK SK's Vahap Rafiz. Vahap Rafiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cevahir Önateş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahap Rafiz having to interfere. If Cevahir Önateş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cevahir Önateş ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute, Muhittin Rafiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Muhittin Rafiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vahap Rafiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
