Gölyaka FK's Ali Çağrı Çolakoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Gazi Timurhan in the 9th minute of play. Sufi Okyar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Sümer Oyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Gölyaka FK's Necdet Lokman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sümer Oyman. Sümer Oyman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Gölyaka FK's Sufi Okyar got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 minutes, Cihan Sağlamtürk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hunter Sk and the Gölyaka FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Hunter Sk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gölyaka FK:s goal. Enver Kamber shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 29 played minutes Hunter Sk got a freekick which was hit by Battal Gazi Timurhan. Battal Gazi Timurhan charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Battal Gazi Timurhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hunter Sk's Battal Gazi Timurhan got a free kick in the 31st minute. Aras Görkem Kadrican recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Fuat Keykavus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ali Çağrı Çolakoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fuat Keykavus was the one to do the kick off. Necdet Lokman struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Sümer Oyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gölyaka FK. Necdet Lokman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aras Görkem Kadrican came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Gölyaka FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aras Görkem Kadrican couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Sufi Okyar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gölyaka FK's Aras Görkem Kadrican got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Hunter Sk defense, Aras Görkem Kadrican kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sümer Oyman. The Hunter Sk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sümer Oyman should have stopped the shot. Sufi Okyar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sümer Oyman having to interfere. Sümer Oyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sufi Okyar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sümer Oyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sufi Okyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Aras Görkem Kadrican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sümer Oyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sufi Okyar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gölyaka FK's Sufi Okyar got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 95th minute of the match Battal Gazi Timurhan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Battal Gazi Timurhan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Hunter Sk getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Battal Gazi Timurhan hit a great ball.
