Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aygün Vefik took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Aygün Vefik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESEN UNİTED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes in the game, Çakır Balamir fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abdulhamit İpekli having to interfere. In the 8th minute of the match Harun Oruz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdulhamit İpekli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Cafer Beycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute Şenel Onuktekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garip Helvacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garip Helvacı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bedri Baykal in the 14th minute of play. Garip Helvacı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aygün Vefik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ESEN UNİTED getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gökalp Kırman hit a great ball. Garip Helvacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şenel Onuktekin in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, ESEN UNİTED's goal looked a bit too open when Cafer Beycan came free, but Abdulhamit İpekli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Şenel Onuktekin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Elaziğ's Garip Helvacı. Garip Helvacı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cafer Beycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Elaziğ's goal looked a bit too open when Şenel Onuktekin came free, but Garip Helvacı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafer Beycan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdulhamit İpekli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Mehdi Vefai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elaziğ's Cafer Beycan got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Ahmet Çağrı Ergül in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Elaziğ's Mustafa Hakan Kazım. Cafer Beycan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Abdulhamit İpekli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elaziğ. In the 46th minute, Taci Bekiroğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdulhamit İpekli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cafer Beycan to strike the kick off in the second half. Mehdi Vefai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, ESEN UNİTED's goal looked a bit too open when Cafer Beycan came free, but Abdulhamit İpekli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ESEN UNİTED booed when Elaziğ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Vefai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüknettin Coşkunsu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Garip Helvacı. Elaziğ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafer Beycan in the 62nd minute of play forced ESEN UNİTED's goalkeeper Abdulhamit İpekli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cafer Beycan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cafer Beycan in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdulhamit İpekli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Mehdi Vefai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, Elaziğ's Taci Bekiroğlu made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdulhamit İpekli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 75 minutes, Cafer Beycan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elaziğ and the ESEN UNİTED players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Elaziğ's Cafer Beycan got a free kick in the 76th minute. Abdulhamit İpekli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafer Beycan's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Cafer Beycan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulhamit İpekli having to interfere. 3-2 became the score in the 85th minute when Cafer Beycan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Garip Helvacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aygün Vefik, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Garip Helvacı was a little too slow when Gökalp Kırman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 3-3. Elaziğ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ESEN UNİTED to leave the ground with a draw.
