After 4 played minutes Elaziğ got a freekick which was hit by Yasin Toraman. In the 5th minute of the match Cebrail Özkutlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garip Helvacı showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elaziğ's Mehdi Vefai shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Altuğ Kantürk but with some difficulty. When Seyitgazi's Anıl Cenk Sadir in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elaziğ's goalie prevented a goal. 12 minutes into the game, Berke Yalın cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Garip Helvacı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute, Orçun Özalpman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garip Helvacı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Garip Helvacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Cenk Sadir in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Elaziğ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mehdi Vefai hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Cebrail Özkutlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garip Helvacı showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Berke Yalın kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Taci Bekiroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes Seyitgazi got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet İlke Çağaçar. Cafer Beycan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Altuğ Kantürk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cafer Beycan in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Altuğ Kantürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seyitgazi's goalkeeper Altuğ Kantürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cafer Beycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cafer Beycan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Altuğ Kantürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafer Beycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cafer Beycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taci Bekiroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Altuğ Kantürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet İlke Çağaçar hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes, Furkan Batıhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seyitgazi and the Elaziğ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, one of Seyitgazi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Seyitgazi. The referee gave Elaziğ a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cafer Beycan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Seyitgazi's Altuğ Kantürk. 1-2. The supporters of Seyitgazi booed when Elaziğ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Vefai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet İlke Çağaçar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Garip Helvacı made a huge save. Anıl Cenk Sadir kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Elaziğ booed when Seyitgazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berke Yalın didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elaziğ's Garip Helvacı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orçun Özalpman in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Orçun Özalpman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garip Helvacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elaziğ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cebrail Özkutlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Seyitgazi's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 80 minutes, Cafer Beycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elaziğ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafer Beycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Seyitgazi's zone, Taci Bekiroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Altuğ Kantürk came out of the goal and Taci Bekiroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Cafer Beycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elaziğ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafer Beycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garip Helvacı acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cebrail Özkutlu. A collision led to Seyitgazi getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Furkan Batıhan hit a great ball. When Cafer Beycan came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Elaziğ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cafer Beycan couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Seyitgazi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
