With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cavit Çakmur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Hinis's Hayyam Erserim got a free kick in the 12th minute. Sefa Tekcan, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Hayyam Erserim kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Tolgahan İzzet struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Cavit Çakmur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palu. After a defensive mix-up in Hinis's zone, Tolgahan İzzet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cavit Çakmur came out of the goal and Tolgahan İzzet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Çetin Ilgıt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hinis's Bayındır Sulhi in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palu's goalie prevented a goal. Cavit Çakmur made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Cevat Kızılateş sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the match, Hinis's Bayındır Sulhi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serkan İnan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serkan İnan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bayındır Sulhi's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bayındır Sulhi sped through Palu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Serkan İnan. Serkan İnan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayındır Sulhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Cavit Çakmur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Serkan İnan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çetin Ilgıt in the 40th minute of play. Hinis's Cavit Çakmur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolgahan İzzet in the 45th minute of play. Tolgahan İzzet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Cavit Çakmur 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Serkan İnan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tolgahan İzzet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cavit Çakmur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yaser Ünlüsoy kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Cevat Kızılateş notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Hinis's Cavit Çakmur. Cavit Çakmur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Cevat Kızılateş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palu's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevat Kızılateş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cavit Çakmur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cevat Kızılateş in the 72nd minute of play forced Hinis's goalkeeper Cavit Çakmur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Demirhan Bender got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cavit Çakmur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolgahan İzzet in the 83rd minute of play. Cevat Kızılateş struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Cavit Çakmur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palu. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Cevat Kızılateş put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cavit Çakmur. Tolgahan İzzet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cavit Çakmur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute of the match Palu got a corner. Hinis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sefa Tekcan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tolgahan İzzet took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cavit Çakmur. Cavit Çakmur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. When the referee ended the match the Palu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
