Çeliker Özdilmaç hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Günalp Deryace had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bayram Muhtar. Yildizeli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Günalp Deryace was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Çeliker Özdilmaç came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the EYE OF THE TIGER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çeliker Özdilmaç couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in EYE OF THE TIGER's zone, Refik Halit Boratay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Devrim Bilgen came out of the goal and Refik Halit Boratay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 25 played minutes EYE OF THE TIGER got a freekick which was hit by Atabey Akmanoğlu. A collision led to Yildizeli getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Boğaçhan Çaykara hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the game, EYE OF THE TIGER's Günalp Deryace nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bayram Muhtar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Tarık Mertkal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tarık Mertkal came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the EYE OF THE TIGER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarık Mertkal couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Günalp Deryace to make the kick off. Günalp Deryace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. EYE OF THE TIGER's Günalp Deryace got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bayram Muhtar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Günalp Deryace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Çeliker Özdilmaç during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Çeliker Özdilmaç hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Refik Halit Boratay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hakkı Devrim Bilgen. EYE OF THE TIGER's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 85th minute of the match Ecevit Elmacı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hakkı Devrim Bilgen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 89 minutes of play, Yildizeli's Baybora Çınar made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hakkı Devrim Bilgen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Yildizeli's goal looked a bit too open when Günalp Deryace came free, but Bayram Muhtar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
