Hinis JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yiğitcan Bayır was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 played minutes, Patnos's Özgün Tülün shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Haldun Satvet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Patnos reached it. Taner Akağan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Yahya Kemal Bahar. When Yiğitcan Bayır came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Hinis JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yiğitcan Bayır couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the game, Nuri Tanay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
