Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hasan Cansefa started the match with the kick off. Ali Faruk Ula hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Hasan Cansefa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zikri Aktemur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. When Hazım Mehdi came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Altinyayla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hazım Mehdi couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute Hasan Cansefa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zikri Aktemur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zikri Aktemur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Cansefa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Akhisar's Ali Faruk Ula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zikri Aktemur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Hazım Mehdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zikri Aktemur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Muzaffer Bağış went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atalay Özbal to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Akhisar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muzaffer Bağış to maneuver through the defense. Egemen Kaan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hazım Mehdi in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Akhisar booed when Altinyayla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulaziz Kolçak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Faruk Ula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Zikri Aktemur made a huge save. If Hazım Mehdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muzaffer Bağış received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Zikri Aktemur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Hasan Cansefa rounded Altinyayla's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. The Akhisar fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Akhisar's Ali Faruk Ula looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hasan Cansefa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Hasan Cansefa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altinyayla's Zikri Aktemur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hazım Mehdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Akhisar's Hasan Cansefa in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altinyayla's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute, Abdulaziz Kolçak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Faruk Ula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Aktemur having to interfere. When Cavit Eröz fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akhisar's protests and gave Cavit Eröz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Akhisar getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Cavit Eröz hit a great ball. After 95th play minutes Hasan Cansefa shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Zikri Aktemur and just under the crossbar into goal. Akhisar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
