Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ahmet Hakan Uğurcan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Konyaspor's Hüseyin Cahit Ankara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bora Bilgetay. Bora Bilgetay yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 7th minute Hüseyin Cahit Ankara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bora Bilgetay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bora Bilgetay acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kenan Mirac. 11 minutes into the match, Özalp Refik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bora Bilgetay. Yedisu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özalp Refik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Bora Bilgetay was a little too slow when Özalp Refik got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 3-0. Özalp Refik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Bora Bilgetay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bora Bilgetay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 23rd minute of the match. Bora Bilgetay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davut Başesgi's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Özalp Refik sped through Yedisu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bora Bilgetay. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hakan Uğurcan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kudret Tacik was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Bora Bilgetay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Özpulat in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Yedisu booed when Konyaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Özpulat didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arif Özpulat got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Konyaspor. Özalp Refik came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bora Bilgetay could save by the left post. Hüseyin Cahit Ankara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bora Bilgetay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Ankara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bora Bilgetay. The goal made the score 5-0. Özalp Refik took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bora Bilgetay. Bora Bilgetay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bora Bilgetay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özalp Refik in the 52nd minute of the match. Bora Bilgetay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 65th minute of play. Bora Bilgetay came out of the goal and Özalp Refik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Hüseyin Cahit Ankara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bora Bilgetay was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Hakkı Devrim Nusrettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yedisu's Bora Bilgetay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Cahit Ankara in the 87th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, Konyaspor's Davut Başesgi made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bora Bilgetay was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Yedisu booed when Konyaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Özpulat didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Konyaspor fully deserved thier win.
