Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bozkurt's Atay Tokur started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mehmet Emre Okyar got in the 10th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Çağlar Yenbu handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Emre Okyar in the 12th minute of play forced Bozkurt's goalkeeper Çağlar Yenbu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Vedat Zihni hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Arif Bilge Pekel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çağlar Yenbu made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Saffet Tümay sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Saffet Tümay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bursaspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With 26 minutes on the clock, Ulvi Tunç commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bursaspor! Göktürk Bilkan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Dursun Ak made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Erşahan. Bursaspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Arif Bilge Pekel struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Çağlar Yenbu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bursaspor. Arif Bilge Pekel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Çağlar Yenbu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bursaspor's Arif Bilge Pekel got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saffet Tümay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Bozkurt got a freekick which was hit by Altay Afgan. Arif Bilge Pekel struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Bozkurt's Göktürk Bilkan got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 64 minutes Bozkurt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mehmet Emre Okyar who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Altay Afgan got free with Ahmet Erşahan in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Saffet Tümay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Çağlar Yenbu. Bozkurt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saffet Tümay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 72 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's Tümer Devlet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Erşahan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Bursaspor getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Arif Bilge Pekel hit a great ball. If Ali Vedat Zihni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saffet Tümay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Çağlar Yenbu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağan Baler, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Saffet Tümay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Çağlar Yenbu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Atay Tokur fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ahmet Erşahan, passed just outside the right post. Saffet Tümay might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Çağlar Yenbu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saffet Tümay ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Altay Afgan during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Bozkurt got a freekick which was hit by Altay Afgan. Çağan Baler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağlar Yenbu having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Bursaspor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
