In the 6th minute, Ertunç Türkmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yıldırım Haymanalı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeynel Boztepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Ergani's Asaf Tozun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hüsmen Babür narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asaf Tozun in the 17th minute of play forced Sivrihisar JK's goalkeeper Hüsmen Babür to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ertunç Türkmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Yıldırım Haymanalı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Burak Kudretullah hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Ertunç Türkmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yıldırım Haymanalı having to interfere. The supporters of Ergani booed when Sivrihisar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emre Tuğkun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hüsmen Babür showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korkut Turan, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute Korkut Turan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüsmen Babür saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asaf Tozun made a kick off. If Korkut Turan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Hüsmen Babür successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 57 minutes into the match, Sivrihisar JK's goal looked a bit too open when Asaf Tozun came free, but Hüsmen Babür reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64thth minute of the game Asaf Tozun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sivrihisar JK's Hüsmen Babür was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Korkut Turan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsmen Babür having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erman Tolgay during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erman Tolgay hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ergani booed when Sivrihisar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songur Bayramoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, one of Sivrihisar JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Ergani's Baran Alp Haspolatlı got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hüsmen Babür. In the 78th minute, Ruhi Özpolat had to leave the field with a concussion. Erman Tolgay got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 79th minute, Erman Tolgay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes, Baransel Tozun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ergani and the Sivrihisar JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baransel Tozun kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Hüsmen Babür was a little too slow when Arif Burak Kudretullah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-2. With his leg Hüsmen Babür managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Ergani's Korkut Turan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Korkut Turan came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ergani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korkut Turan couldn't finish the play. The Ergani players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
