The tension between the Cebeci and the Beşiktaş asy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Beşiktaş asy booed when Cebeci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Rıfat Arıkhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş asy's goal looked a bit too open when Derman Akdeniz came free, but Özden Cenap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özden Cenap came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Cebeci's Derman Akdeniz. But to his dismay, Derman Akdeniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When %teams%'s Yaşar Nuri İşkembeci was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-1 just inside the left pole, 16 minutes into the game. Talip Uğursan was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Beşiktaş asy's zone, Derman Akdeniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özden Cenap came out of the goal and Derman Akdeniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Derman Akdeniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Özden Cenap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Batuğ Özcebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuğ Özcebe in the 31st minute of play forced Beşiktaş asy's goalkeeper Özden Cenap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özden Cenap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derman Akdeniz in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Batuğ Özcebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cebeci fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Özden Cenap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batuğ Özcebe in the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Beşiktaş asy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zühtü Baloğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Cebeci's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Cebeci's Zühtü Baloğlu to fire away a dangerous shot which Özden Cenap despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derman Akdeniz in the 46th minute of play forced Beşiktaş asy's goalkeeper Özden Cenap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batuğ Özcebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

With a little luck, Beşiktaş asy's Özden Cenap got control of the ball when Batuğ Özcebe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute Derman Akdeniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özden Cenap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batuğ Özcebe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Özden Cenap when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 66th minute Yaşar Nuri İşkembeci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Talip Uğursan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beşiktaş asy's Özden Cenap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derman Akdeniz in the 86th minute of play. Derman Akdeniz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Özden Cenap having to make a save. Batuğ Özcebe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Özden Cenap when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cebeci's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
