Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet İlke Nesim got the match started through his kick off. Affan Çokman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 12 in the game by Affan Çokman from a close distance when the talented Ahmet Gökalp Savgat managed to make a qualified save. Gebze Spor's players were relieved. Ahmet Gökalp Savgat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Derviş Sağınç's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Tuğrul Özerdim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süreyya Ünalp in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Gebze Spor's Ahmet İlke Nesim made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tuğrul Özerdim was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ömer Akburç fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gebze Spor's protests and gave Ömer Akburç a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Gebze Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Akburç. After a rather tough play, Gebze Spor's Şensoy Ersunal got a free kick in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Affan Çokman could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Ahmet Gökalp Savgat however easily saved by the left post. 36 minutes into the match, PoweR oF The İmaN's Affan Çokman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Gökalp Savgat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Derviş Sağınç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Derviş Sağınç to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Derviş Sağınç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PoweR oF The İmaN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Derviş Sağınç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Affan Çokman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakkı Onur Payam's late challenge caught a Gebze Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakkı Onur Payam helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, one of PoweR oF The İmaN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PoweR oF The İmaN. In the 66th minute Affan Çokman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gökalp Savgat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuğrul Özerdim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Süreyya Ünalp went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Derviş Sağınç came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the PoweR oF The İmaN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derviş Sağınç couldn't finish the play. Sezer Temizöz charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sezer Temizöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Devran Ferikoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Berkin Rahmi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Gökalp Savgat skillfully saved the ball. Tuğrul Özerdim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet İlke Nesim, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Gebze Spor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gebze Spor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
