Gebze Spor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nurkan Kaçan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Süreyya Ünalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Cemalettin Necip received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. If Ahmet İlke Nesim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Akşemseddin Ermiye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ahmet Gökalp Savgat made a huge save. EFOR SP's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
