Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Berker Rıza Öksüz started the match with the kick off. In the 7thth minute of the game Berker Rıza Öksüz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atasehir's Cabbar Özgenalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Oğuz Başay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eralp Urangu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sultanhamam SK's Rahmi Kuntay in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cabbar Özgenalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Berker Rıza Öksüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sultanhamam SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Berker Rıza Öksüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cabbar Özgenalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Seyfi Subutay's late challenge caught a Sultanhamam SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Seyfi Subutay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Atasehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Seyfi Subutay to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Seyfi Subutay hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Rahmi Kuntay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Atasehir getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ahmet Seyfi Subutay hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Sait Erginer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sultanhamam SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atasehir the free kick. In the 40th minute, Ahmet Ömür Ekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Berker Rıza Öksüz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cabbar Özgenalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 50th match minute, Atasehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkın Uzalp to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Sultanhamam SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kamuran Sakman to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Sultanhamam SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kamuran Sakman came free, but Mustafa Oğuz Başay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanhamam SK's zone, Kamuran Sakman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Oğuz Başay came out of the goal and Kamuran Sakman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mustafa Oğuz Başay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamuran Sakman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes, Selahaddin Polatkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atasehir and the Sultanhamam SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Selahaddin Polatkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atasehir's Cabbar Özgenalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Atasehir from getting a goal against them. Kamuran Sakman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Oğuz Başay having to make a save. Sultanhamam SK's Mustafa Oğuz Başay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Alp in the 79th minute of play. Berker Rıza Öksüz took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cabbar Özgenalp. Cabbar Özgenalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Sultanhamam SK's Berker Rıza Öksüz in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atasehir's goalie prevented a goal. Berker Rıza Öksüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cabbar Özgenalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sultanhamam SK booed when Atasehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şafak Alp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atasehir's Kamuran Sakman got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atasehir fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 100th minute. Penalty! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sultanhamam SK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
