Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Asım-Ekrem Ekrem Yaman came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Berçin JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asım-Ekrem Ekrem Yaman couldn't finish the play. Varol Başbuğoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şadi Günay having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Maltepe JK's Şadi Günay threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Göktürk Özerol, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Buğra Sanih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asım-Ekrem Ekrem Yaman in the 41st minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Buğra Sanih showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Sedat Tokgöz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maltepe JK's Buğra Sanih was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Buğra Sanih managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Berçin JK's Asım-Ekrem Ekrem Yaman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sedat Tokgöz got free with Buğra Sanih in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, Maltepe JK's goal looked a bit too open when Sedat Tokgöz came free, but Buğra Sanih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes, Baran Bilge Ayıkoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maltepe JK and the Berçin JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maltepe JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Berçin JK for a fine match.
