Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alişan Altun to make the kick off. Güven SK were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Karahalli's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kılıçhan Darga took the corner. The corner led to Güven SK's Nazım Pakkan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 57th minute Alişan Altun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Baran Yadigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Güven SK's Korhan Günsel made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Baran Yadigar was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Alişan Altun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nurkan Kutluay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahadır Cemre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd match minute, Karahalli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kayacan Ramiz to maneuver through the defense. Bahadır Cemre hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Bahadır Cemre came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Karahalli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahadır Cemre couldn't finish the play. Karahalli's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
