Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Ataol Zirve made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Ataol Zirve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Lemi Arısan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Özcan Baykut was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Özcan Baykut came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Mersin Spor Kulubü's Lemi Arısan. But to his dismay, Lemi Arısan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Muammer Taşkıner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mersin Spor Kulubü's Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. New Bursa SK's Abdulkerim Irgatbaşı got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Rıfat Gürler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Özcan Baykut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdulkerim Irgatbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nazil Deren made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ali Güralp Temirhan sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Mersin Spor Kulubü were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip to make the kick off. Özcan Baykut was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Lemi Arısan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lemi Arısan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Nazil Deren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Güralp Temirhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Güralp Temirhan during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, New Bursa SK's Ali Güralp Temirhan got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ataol Zirve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazil Deren having to interfere. Lemi Arısan took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özcan Baykut. Özcan Baykut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Batur Oğuralp struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Özcan Baykut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mersin Spor Kulubü. Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Özcan Baykut firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mersin Spor Kulubü's Rıfat Gürler got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nazil Deren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ataol Zirve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Ataol Zirve managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Bursa SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ataol Zirve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nazil Deren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Özcan Baykut, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Muammer Taşkıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Bursa SK's goalkeeper Özcan Baykut, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mersin Spor Kulubü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Oğuz Ergalip couldn't finish the play. If Lemi Arısan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The New Bursa SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mersin Spor Kulubü were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
