After 11 minutes of play, Cassiope SK's Fehmi Doğay made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Güvenç Malkoç was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute, Fehmi Doğay made a precise shot to the right of Güvenç Malkoç. Kadirli İdman Yurdu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. İstemihan Birsen made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Köksal Akmeşe. Fehmi Doğay scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güvenç Malkoç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Fehmi Doğay made a precise shot to the right of Güvenç Malkoç. Kadirli İdman Yurdu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Güvenç Malkoç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fehmi Doğay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güvenç Malkoç came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cassiope SK's Fehmi Doğay. But to his dismay, Fehmi Doğay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Kadirli İdman Yurdu's zone, Vahap Yahya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güvenç Malkoç came out of the goal and Vahap Yahya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Fehmi Doğay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vahap Yahya in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güvenç Malkoç saved Kadirli İdman Yurdu from getting behind. In the 64th minute, Fehmi Doğay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Güvenç Malkoç. The goal made the score 0-6. 70 minutes into the game, Cassiope SK's Fehmi Doğay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Güvenç Malkoç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. 73 minutes into the match, Fehmi Doğay notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Kadirli İdman Yurdu's Güvenç Malkoç. Güvenç Malkoç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Harun Özgiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kadirli İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Seyfettin Yalkın hit a great ball. Cassiope SK's Vefa Perkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zafer Tülün in the 87th minute of play. If Fehmi Doğay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Cassiope SK's Güvenç Malkoç threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vahap Yahya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match was over Cassiope SK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kadirli İdman Yurdu throughout the match.
