Spectators: 7124 (Terracing: 5479, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 145) Alp Özkutsal made the kick off and thus started the match. When Fehmi Doğay came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Cassiope SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fehmi Doğay couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the game, Fehmi Doğay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Nebi Başat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Fehmi Doğay came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Cassiope SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fehmi Doğay couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, Enginalp Seyran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Cassiope SK got a corner. Köstence SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fehmi Doğay ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cassiope SK's corner Fehmi Doğay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nebi Başat quite easily take care of the ball. Selim Talaykan charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Selim Talaykan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Köstence SK got a freekick which was hit by Selim Talaykan. In the 27th minute, Alican Semin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Köstence SK defense, Fehmi Doğay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nebi Başat. The Köstence SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nebi Başat should have stopped the shot. Fehmi Doğay took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nebi Başat. Nebi Başat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Cassiope SK's Selami Serkut got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th match minute, Köstence SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezen Çetinsu to maneuver through the defense. Nebi Başat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fehmi Doğay in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fehmi Doğay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nebi Başat was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Fehmi Doğay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Cassiope SK were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fehmi Doğay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Köstence SK's Nebi Başat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Fehmi Doğay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Cassiope SK's Nebi Başat threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vahap Yahya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 64thth minute of the game Vahap Yahya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Köstence SK's Nebi Başat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 played minutes Köstence SK got a freekick which was hit by Orhan Seyfi Daman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fehmi Doğay in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nebi Başat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Köstence SK's Nebi Başat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fehmi Doğay in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Cassiope SK got a freekick which was hit by Alican Semin. Enginalp Hacılar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Alp Özkutsal made a precise shot to the right of Vefa Perkin. Cassiope SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. 80 minutes into the game, Enginalp Hacılar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cassiope SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Köstence SK the free kick. In the 80th minute, Enginalp Hacılar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vefa Perkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alp Özkutsal in the 82nd minute of play. Nebi Başat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fehmi Doğay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nebi Başat stood somewhat misplaced when Vahap Yahya came free in front of goal and shot 1-6 to the left of him in the 85 minute. Cassiope SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
