The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teoman Rehber during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mustafa İzzet Hicran hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, GöztepeMMM's goal looked a bit too open when Menderes Akman came free, but Abdulbaki İhlas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, GöztepeMMM's goalkeeper Abdulbaki İhlas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teoman Rehber. ADANASPOR's Anıl Baysan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abbas Yanıker in the 17th minute of play. Abbas Yanıker took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anıl Baysan. ADANASPOR's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, ADANASPOR's Teoman Rehber made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdulbaki İhlas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anıl Baysan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abbas Yanıker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Teoman Rehber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADANASPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Abdulbaki İhlas was a little too slow when Hayrettin Yıldıray got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-0. Bora Şahbey's late challenge caught a ADANASPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bora Şahbey helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ADANASPOR booed when GöztepeMMM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bora Şahbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ADANASPOR's Menderes Akman got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some careless play in the ADANASPOR defense, Aktaç Beykan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anıl Baysan. The ADANASPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anıl Baysan should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Arif Oğuz Ataner's late challenge caught a ADANASPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Oğuz Ataner helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ADANASPOR booed when GöztepeMMM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Oğuz Ataner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teoman Rehber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Abdulbaki İhlas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 62nd minute of the match Bora Şahbey completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bora Şahbey a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Arif Oğuz Ataner kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Abdulbaki İhlas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menderes Akman in the 68th minute of play. If Aktaç Beykan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Engin Tükelalp struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Abdulbaki İhlas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ADANASPOR. 80 minutes into the match, Menderes Akman notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of GöztepeMMM's Abdulbaki İhlas. Abdulbaki İhlas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, GöztepeMMM's goal looked a bit too open when Engin Tükelalp came free, but Abdulbaki İhlas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind GöztepeMMM's goalkeeper Abdulbaki İhlas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Menderes Akman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
