Hulki Sayar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Montenegro's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Kağan Uz came free, but Hulki Sayar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hulki Sayar was a little too slow when Bilge Kağan Uz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilge Kağan Uz in the 22nd minute of play forced Montenegro's goalkeeper Hulki Sayar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Meriç Biçim fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizli JK's protests and gave Meriç Biçim a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Montenegro booed when Denizli JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meriç Biçim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Hakan Salcan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Bican Kılıçalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montenegro. Özcan Sadak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hulki Sayar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilge Kağan Uz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Hakan Salcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Bican Kılıçalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Montenegro's Göktuğ Ayberk pulled a muscle in his back after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Kutlu Tuğra kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Meriç Biçim hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Sedat Lokman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Denizli JK's Bilge Kağan Uz in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montenegro's goalie prevented a goal. Özcan Sadak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hulki Sayar having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Montenegro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Denizli JK:s goal. The referee gave Denizli JK a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Doğuhan Tatu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Montenegro's Hulki Sayar. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilge Kağan Uz made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Meriç Biçim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Doğuhan Tatu fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizli JK's protests and gave Doğuhan Tatu a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the game, one of Denizli JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Bican Kılıçalp, was totally fooled by Montenegro's Sedat Lokman, who 60 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 63 minutes into the game, Mehmet Ali Bostancı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montenegro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denizli JK the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Montenegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ali Bostancı to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 74 minutes, Bilge Kağan Uz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denizli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilge Kağan Uz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Özcan Sadak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hulki Sayar having to interfere. Ahmet Hakan Salcan's late challenge caught a Denizli JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Hakan Salcan helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Hakan Salcan kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Denizli JK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Doğuhan Tatu in the 84th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Bilgehan Keşif heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, Denizli JK's Bilgehan Keşif got a free kick in the 84th minute. Özcan Sadak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hulki Sayar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Uz in the 92nd minute of play. Hulki Sayar came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Denizli JK's Bilge Kağan Uz. But to his dismay, Bilge Kağan Uz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Montenegro's Ahmet Hakan Salcan got his second yellow card of the match in the 99th minute. The referee ordered Ahmet Hakan Salcan off the ground. In the 100th match minute, Montenegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hakan Salcan to maneuver through the defense.
