Erim Ural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baturay Salcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Burgazada reached it. If Şahap Uzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. Kara Harp Okulu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sarper Baykır ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Burgazada's corner Sarper Baykır fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Altuğ Erginer quite easily take care of the ball. Erim Ural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baturay Salcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ziya Zor in the 31st minute of play forced Burgazada's goalkeeper Erim Ural to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Kara Harp Okulu booed when Burgazada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilgin Vurgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Baturay Salcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erim Ural saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Ziya Zor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Erim Ural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tunç Tapık made a kick off. If Ahmet Ziya Zor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. But to his dismay, Baturay Salcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Altuğ Erginer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tunç Tapık in the 59th minute of the match. When Ahmet Ziya Zor came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Kara Harp Okulu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Ziya Zor couldn't finish the play. Kara Harp Okulu's Altuğ Erginer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şahap Uzel in the 69th minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Baturay Salcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kara Harp Okulu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baturay Salcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baturay Salcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Erim Ural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çeliker Kahraman kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Şahap Uzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altuğ Erginer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erim Ural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ziya Zor in the 85th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Ahmet Ziya Zor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Erim Ural was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erim Ural acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 88th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gafur Tublek. Baturay Salcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Erim Ural made a huge save. Baturay Salcan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Erim Ural skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 93rd minute, Ahmet Nedim Akbora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ziya Zor in the 95th minute of play forced Burgazada's goalkeeper Erim Ural to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th match minute, Burgazada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çeliker Kahraman to maneuver through the defense. The Burgazada supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kara Harp Okulu's performance. The match ended with a win for Kara Harp Okulu.
