A sloppy throw-in by İldeniz Özçevik in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Klonay's Doğuş Sahadettin. Fikret Bürgehan hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Klonay's Nuh Bayraktar got a free kick in the 13th minute. 26 minutes into the game, İldeniz Özçevik threw the ball into play from the sideline. Klonay's Nuh Bayraktar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kunter Ülke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğuş Sahadettin in the 27th minute of play. If Aydın Özhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Rıfat Tuğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Kunter Ülke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Doğuş Sahadettin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klonay's supporters rose to their feet, but Doğuş Sahadettin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kunter Ülke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gökhun Şener to make the kick off. If Doğuş Sahadettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doğuş Sahadettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Doğuş Sahadettin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kunter Ülke was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Doğuş Sahadettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kunter Ülke having to interfere. İldeniz Özçevik didn't quite understand what happened when in the 96 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Klonay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
