Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mustafa Arif Kıralp took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aras Alansoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rüştü Doğanten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Bilge Kutlan in the 4th minute of the match. Rüştü Doğanten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Bilge Kutlan's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Müfit Öztunç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merinos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Müfit Öztunç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Merinos's Mustafa Arif Kıralp in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Artova FK's goalie prevented a goal. Arif Bilge Kutlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rüştü Doğanten having to make a save. Aras Alansoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rüştü Doğanten made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinç Semi during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Artova FK booed when Merinos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinç Semi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes in the game Hazar Nusrettin got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Arif Bilge Kutlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rüştü Doğanten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aras Alansoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Rüştü Doğanten made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Artova FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Arif Kıralp came free, but Arman Okay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Merinos's Rüştü Doğanten got control of the ball when Hazar Nusrettin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arif Bilge Kutlan was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Arif Bilge Kutlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merinos's Rüştü Doğanten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute Arif Bilge Kutlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüştü Doğanten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Müfit Öztunç kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 65thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Artova FK's keeper Arman Okay was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Rüştü Doğanten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Alansoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Aras Alansoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artova FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aras Alansoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rüştü Doğanten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rüştü Doğanten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Bilge Kutlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rüştü Doğanten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aras Alansoy in the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Aras Alansoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artova FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Aras Alansoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rüştü Doğanten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merinos's goalkeeper Rüştü Doğanten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Merinos's goal looked a bit too open when Aras Alansoy came free, but Rüştü Doğanten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rüştü Doğanten came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Artova FK's Aras Alansoy. But to his dismay, Aras Alansoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Artova FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
