Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Artova FK's Arif Bilge Kutlan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Talat Elfaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Artova FK and the Beşiktaş players grew even worse after the yellow card. 4 minutes into the game, one of Artova FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Artova FK:s Arman Okay showed great skill when he stopped Okaner Özozan:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Şensoy Buyrukalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beşiktaş's supporters rose to their feet, but Şensoy Buyrukalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arman Okay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Artova FK's Sabit Resul threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arif Bilge Kutlan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Kuddusî Ötüken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beşiktaş's Sabit Resul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Beşiktaş from getting a goal against them. After 31 minutes, Efekan Ulutekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beşiktaş and the Artova FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efekan Ulutekin to maneuver through the defense. Sabit Resul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Bilge Kutlan in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuddusî Ötüken in the 53rd minute of play forced Artova FK's goalkeeper Arman Okay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Beşiktaş booed when Artova FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Çağrı Reşit didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 57 minutes Artova FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Okaner Özozan who took care of the corner kick. When Hazar Nusrettin fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Artova FK's protests and gave Hazar Nusrettin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Beşiktaş booed when Artova FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hazar Nusrettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artova FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Kuddusî Ötüken scored to the left of an out of position Arman Okay, making the score, 0-2. Kuddusî Ötüken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Okay having to interfere. Kuddusî Ötüken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Arman Okay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Bilge Kutlan in the 81st minute of play forced Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Sabit Resul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabit Resul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aras Alansoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Okaner Özozan's late challenge caught a Artova FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Okaner Özozan helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Beşiktaş fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! When Erkut Uruç fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Artova FK's protests and gave Erkut Uruç a yellow card for diving instead. The Beşiktaş players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
