KEBAP SARAYI SAKARYA's Hüseyin Turan Selim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Bilge Kutlan in the 38th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Aras Alansoy took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hüseyin Turan Selim to make any attempt to save it. If Varol İpçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Varol İpçi was the one to do the kick off. Artova FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aras Alansoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arif Bilge Kutlan struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Hüseyin Turan Selim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Artova FK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Varol İpçi in the 92nd minute of play forced Artova FK's goalkeeper Arman Okay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Bilge Kutlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artova FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
