Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nurettin Tacal kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Kiraz booed when Büyükorhan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurettin Tacal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hüseyin Rahmi Urgun was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Yavuz Selim Akdoğ. If Nurettin Tacal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Nurettin Tacal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vedat Mutluay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Kiraz got a freekick which was hit by Osman Ufuk. Vedat Mutluay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çakabey Şömel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Kiraz got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Can Çırakoğlu. Necat Tokcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Hüseyin Rahmi Urgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necat Tokcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nurettin Tacal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vedat Mutluay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çakabey Şömel in the 43rd minute of play. Büyükorhan SK were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Kiraz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Ziya Haznedaroğlu took the corner. Ali Cafer Türek hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Necat Tokcan was the one to do the kick off. Nurettin Tacal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 53 played minutes Kiraz got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ömür Önel. Çakabey Şömel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hüseyin Rahmi Urgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necat Tokcan in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kiraz's Zühtü İzci got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Çakabey Şömel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Vedat Mutluay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zühtü İzci hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Nurettin Tacal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Çakabey Şömel scored 0-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vedat Mutluay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Çakabey Şömel came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Büyükorhan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çakabey Şömel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Ahi in the 85th minute of play forced Büyükorhan SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Rahmi Urgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vedat Mutluay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çakabey Şömel in the 90th minute. After having played for 94 minutes, Necat Tokcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiraz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Necat Tokcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hüseyin Rahmi Urgun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rahim Ahi's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Büyükorhan SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
