After 13 played minutes Aytekin got a freekick which was hit by Yetkin Şevki. Yakup Okbudun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özalp Cerme in the 17th minute of the match. Yakup Okbudun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özalp Cerme, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kiraz were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Aytekin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mehmet Ferit Okan took the corner. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aytekin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mehmet Ferit Okan was slow to take the kick. During this time Kiraz's players had a chance to rest. Kiraz's Mehmet Ferit Okan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yakup Okbudun in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özalp Cerme in the 26th minute of play forced Aytekin's goalkeeper Yakup Okbudun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Kiraz:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aytekin:s goal. After 35 played minutes Kiraz got a freekick which was hit by Tuna Taner. Sancarbey Malik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Yakup Okbudun made a huge save. Kiraz's Özalp Cerme got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 49th minute, Sancarbey Malik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kiraz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Özalp Cerme made a kick off. After 57 played minutes Aytekin got a freekick which was hit by Güneri Demirer. Kasım Sipahi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Arif Acaröz in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute, Mustafa Arif Acaröz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aytekin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Sancarbey Malik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yakup Okbudun having to make a save. In the 72nd minute Sancarbey Malik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yakup Okbudun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aydemir Mahsun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aydemir Mahsun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Özalp Cerme in the 81st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mustafa Arif Acaröz's late challenge caught a Kiraz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Arif Acaröz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Aytekin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif Acaröz to maneuver through the defense. If Mustafa Arif Acaröz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kiraz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aytekin's performance. The match ended with a win for Aytekin.
