Aşır Egin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Musa Sebuktekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ulvi Necdet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birkan Demiray blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Batıray Sururi having to make a save. When Musa Sebuktekin came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Bozova SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Musa Sebuktekin couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Susurluk's goal looked a bit too open when Ulvi Necdet came free, but Kutay İzzet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutay İzzet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulvi Necdet in the 39th minute of play. Birkan Demiray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Batıray Sururi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kutay İzzet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulvi Necdet, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birkan Demiray in the 45th minute of play forced Bozova SK's goalkeeper Batıray Sururi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Alemdar Kocaker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Susurluk's supporters rose to their feet, but Alemdar Kocaker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Batıray Sururi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birkan Demiray was the one to do the kick off. With 52 minutes on the clock, Onur Ali Akdurmuş commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Susurluk. Kutay İzzet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Musa Sebuktekin in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Bozova SK's Musa Sebuktekin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kutay İzzet narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
