Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 8th minute Semih Hozatlı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tunç Özaktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tunç Özaktuğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semih Hozatlı in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Semih Hozatlı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caycuma SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Semih Hozatlı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tunç Özaktuğ breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Sokuspor got a freekick which was hit by Saip İlbaşı. Ertunç Turhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Berkant Sehim having to interfere. Ali Berkant Sehim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Ilımlı in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Sokuspor booed when Caycuma SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vecdi İncesu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sokuspor's İsmail Cem Ilımlı got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
