The tension between the Mantar FC and the Rumelikavagi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Mantar FC got a freekick which was hit by Yahya Kemal Eskicioğlu. İskender Muammer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumali Ahi in the 40th minute of the match. Rumelikavagi's Sungurbey Tanver got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Turgut Özerhan made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Aybars Taha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İskender Muammer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sungurbey Tanver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but İskender Muammer made a huge save. Cumali Ahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Battal Seyyit Pektay hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rumelikavagi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
