Halit Oker hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Kartal Öğeturk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fatih Baytüze, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gökceyazi JK's goalkeeper Kartal Öğeturk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Batıkan Sezmens short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Kartal Öğeturk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 34th minute Fatih Baytüze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kartal Öğeturk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fazıl Çelikyay during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Enis Behiç Yaltır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

In the 77th minute, Enis Behiç Yaltır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batıkan Sezmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kartal Öğeturk having to interfere. If Fatih Baytüze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
