Şadi Serafet scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kartal Öğeturk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute, Şadi Serafet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bora Taylak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Kartal Öğeturk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şadi Serafet charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şadi Serafet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Askale getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Şadi Serafet hit a great ball. Gökceyazi JK's Kartal Öğeturk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şadi Serafet in the 15th minute of play. Kartal Öğeturk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şadi Serafet went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gökceyazi JK's goalkeeper Kartal Öğeturk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ömer Oytun struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Kartal Öğeturk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Askale. 25 minutes into the match, Ömer Oytun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kartal Öğeturk. Gökceyazi JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ömer Oytun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şadi Serafet in the 32nd minute of play forced Gökceyazi JK's goalkeeper Kartal Öğeturk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ömer Oytun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kartal Öğeturk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Gökceyazi JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özbek Bilen to maneuver through the defense. When Askale's Ömer Oytun in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gökceyazi JK's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Şadi Serafet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Askale's supporters rose to their feet, but Şadi Serafet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kartal Öğeturk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ömer Oytun in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kartal Öğeturk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Şadi Serafet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ömer Oytun was the one to do the kick off. Ömer Oytun succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 51st playminute. 54 minutes into the game, Özbek Bilen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gökceyazi JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Askale the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gökceyazi JK's Özbek Bilen got a free kick in the 55th minute. Kartal Öğeturk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şadi Serafet, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Cihangir Gökkır's late challenge caught a Askale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cihangir Gökkır helped the player get up and apologised. 57 minutes into the game, one of Gökceyazi JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Askale's Şadi Serafet got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kartal Öğeturk. Kartal Öğeturk made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ömer Oytun sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the game, Şadi Serafet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kartal Öğeturk. Şadi Serafet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Anıl Ozan Yuvakuran's late challenge caught a Gökceyazi JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 71st match minute, Askale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Ozan Yuvakuran to maneuver through the defense. After 72 played minutes, Gökceyazi JK's Özbek Bilen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tacettin Nuralp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gökceyazi JK reached it. 81 minutes into the match, Ömer Oytun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kartal Öğeturk. Gökceyazi JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ömer Oytun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. After some careless play in the Gökceyazi JK defense, Ömer Oytun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kartal Öğeturk. The Gökceyazi JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kartal Öğeturk should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Ömer Oytun lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Kartal Öğeturk. Gökceyazi JK's Kartal Öğeturk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Gökceyazi JK from getting a goal against them. Askale played a much better game than Gökceyazi JK and deserved their victory. The Gökceyazi JK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
