The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Yılmaz Kutluay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İstemihan Ilıcak in the 11th minute of play. Ahmet Nasir Ergüç might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ergin İlighan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Nasir Ergüç ran back to his position shaking his head. Cesme JK's attentive Peyami Pınar managed to snatch the ball when Hayri Üstek made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Ahmet Nasir Ergüç's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Ergin İlighan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Cesme JK booed when Erzurum BŞB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzet Bakır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Nasir Ergüç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ergin İlighan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Erzurum BŞB's Ergin İlighan got control of the ball when Ahmet Nasir Ergüç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafet Aktaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergin İlighan having to interfere. With his leg Ergin İlighan managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Cesme JK's Ahmet Nasir Ergüç fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Cesme JK booed when Erzurum BŞB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selçuk Tanbolat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Nasir Ergüç in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ergin İlighan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Yahya Ünan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafet Aktaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ergin İlighan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Nasir Ergüç scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ergin İlighan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 71 minutes, Ahmet Nasir Ergüç made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Erzurum BŞB's Ergin İlighan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Nasir Ergüç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergin İlighan was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Ergin İlighan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafet Aktaş in the 80th minute of the match. When Yahya Ünan came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Cesme JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yahya Ünan couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Ahmet Nasir Ergüç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ergin İlighan was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. İstemihan Ilıcak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ergin İlighan came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Cesme JK's Ahmet Nasir Ergüç. But to his dismay, Ahmet Nasir Ergüç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. İstemihan Ilıcak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesme JK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
