Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ayvalik's Recai Perkin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Ayvalik's zone, Arda Pekdemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı came out of the goal and Arda Pekdemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Alkım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Alkım's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Recai Perkin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Recep Alatay having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Ayvalik's goal looked a bit too open when Rauf Talat came free, but Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Ayvalik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdurrahim Okuyan to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Büyükdere got a freekick which was hit by Rauf Talat. After 39 played minutes Ayvalik got a freekick which was hit by Abdurrahim Onursev. Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Alkım in the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Kubat Boratay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Alatay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Recai Perkin came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Ayvalik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Recai Perkin couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, Büyükdere's goal looked a bit too open when Recai Perkin came free, but Recep Alatay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Alkım to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Arif Alkım put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı. The audience was convinced that Arif Alkım's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, Ayvalik's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Alkım came free, but Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, Rauf Talat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Büyükdere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rauf Talat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 minutes of play Ayvalik's Abdurrahim Onursev was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th match minute, Ayvalik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdurrahim Onursev to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Arda Pekdemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Osman Hirfanlı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Büyükdere fully deserved thier win.
