Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Halit Fahri Sadi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Samim Yöntem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarık Bicanoğlu in the 4th minute of play. Arif Cengiz Güleç hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Tarık Bicanoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fethiye FK's goalkeeper Samim Yöntem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute Halit Fahri Sadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battal Cüneyt Hastimur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Battal Cüneyt Hastimur made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Arif Nihat Hafi sent off a good shot on target. Battal Cüneyt Hastimur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Fahri Sadi in the 13th minute of the match. Tarık Bicanoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samim Yöntem having to interfere. Karadeniz Tutku kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Seyhan Ülküm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Battal Cüneyt Hastimur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Sungurbey Şahtürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tarık Bicanoğlu in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samim Yöntem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samim Yöntem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tarık Bicanoğlu's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Umut Ağar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Battal Cüneyt Hastimur. Umut Ağar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Tarık Bicanoğlu struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Samim Yöntem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BEŞİKTAŞ. In the 45th minute of the match, Umut Ağar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Battal Cüneyt Hastimur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tarık Bicanoğlu to make the kick off. When Tarık Bicanoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the BEŞİKTAŞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarık Bicanoğlu couldn't finish the play. Hilmi Karar charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilmi Karar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, BEŞİKTAŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilmi Karar to maneuver through the defense. Tarık Bicanoğlu in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Samim Yöntem, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Fethiye FK's Gökçen Engiay got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Tarık Bicanoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Halit Fahri Sadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battal Cüneyt Hastimur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sungurbey Şahtürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samim Yöntem having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match Arif Cengiz Güleç shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Battal Cüneyt Hastimur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Battal Cüneyt Hastimur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halit Fahri Sadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Fethiye FK's Samim Yöntem got control of the ball when Tarık Bicanoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
