Ünal Kuyas kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Göksel Kolçak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ömer Rıza Açıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Türkeş Kutsan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gencalp Adsoy was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The supporters of HAMZA DENIZ booed when Kahramanmaras SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Kolçak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, HAMZA DENIZ's Ceyhan Taylan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ömer Rıza Açıker might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gencalp Adsoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ömer Rıza Açıker ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in HAMZA DENIZ's zone, Türkeş Kutsan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gencalp Adsoy came out of the goal and Türkeş Kutsan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 played minutes HAMZA DENIZ got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhan Taylan. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Gaffar Ergener made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, HAMZA DENIZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karhan Toprak to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türkeş Kutsan in the 56th minute of play forced HAMZA DENIZ's goalkeeper Gencalp Adsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Battal Gazi Turaç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 minutes of play Kahramanmaras SK's Göksel Kolçak was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 61st minute, Göksel Kolçak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 minutes, Ahmet Boran Akdurmuş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HAMZA DENIZ and the Kahramanmaras SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Ömer Rıza Açıker got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to HAMZA DENIZ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ceyhan Taylan hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Çeliker Arslangiray shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gencalp Adsoy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eyüp Özaltay charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eyüp Özaltay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ömer Rıza Açıker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ömer Rıza Açıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Türkeş Kutsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gencalp Adsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ömer Rıza Açıker who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Gencalp Adsoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Arif Gaffar Ergener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ömer Rıza Açıker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Adsoy having to interfere. Kahramanmaras SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
