Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Şaban Taib got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Nedim Şanlı dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmet Hakan Vurgun, 1-0. When Şakir Uçarer fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alsancak's protests and gave Şakir Uçarer a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Ahmet Hakan Vurgun, was totally fooled by Salihli's Ömer Rıza Samet, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After having played for 14 minutes, Emran Müşfik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alsancak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emran Müşfik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Alsancak's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sungur Canaydin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nedim Şanlı received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Hakan Vurgun came out and tried to block the shot, but Nedim Şanlı slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 17th minute. Sungur Canaydin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hakan Vurgun having to interfere. Sungur Canaydin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ahmet Hakan Vurgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Alsancak's goalkeeper Ahmet Hakan Vurgun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sungur Canaydin. After a rather tough play, Alsancak's Ali Erdem Yasun got a free kick in the 29th minute. When Gürcan Vefalı fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salihli's protests and gave Gürcan Vefalı a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Nedim Şanlı took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Ahmet Hakan Vurgun to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nedim Şanlı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Alsancak's goal looked a bit too open when Sungur Canaydin came free, but Ahmet Hakan Vurgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nedim Şanlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Alsancak getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ali Erdem Yasun hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Alsancak's goal looked a bit too open when Sungur Canaydin came free, but Ahmet Hakan Vurgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nedim Şanlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sungur Canaydin in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Hakan Vurgun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Erdem Yasun kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Ömer Rıza Samet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Hakan Vurgun skillfully saved the ball. Sungur Canaydin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şaban Taib hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Şaban Taib blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Ferit Zihni having to make a save. Ali Erdem Yasun struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Mehmet Ferit Zihni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alsancak. Sungur Canaydin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Hakan Vurgun came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Salihli's Sungur Canaydin. But to his dismay, Sungur Canaydin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Sungur Canaydin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hakan Vurgun having to interfere.
